New to buying cannabis in Colorado? Here's what to expect at a Fired Cannabis store, from ID to checkout, with the state rules quoted from the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE).
"You must present a valid ID proving you're 21 or older," according to CDPHE. Every Fired Cannabis store accepts any valid US government-issued ID, including driver's licenses and state IDs from other states, and US or foreign passports.
"Adults over the age of 21 can buy and possess up to 1 ounce of cannabis at a time" (CDPHE). If you're buying edibles or concentrates, ask a budtender how your order counts toward the limit.
Each store's full menu is online. Pick a store, add what you want to your order, and pick it up in the store. Our budtenders can walk you through flower, pre-rolls, vapes, edibles and concentrates. Start with our 11 locations, or go straight to a store near you: 6th Ave, Cherry Creek, Aurora, Lakewood or Glenwood Springs.
All Fired Cannabis stores take cash and debit card and have an ATM on site. Online orders are paid when you pick up in the store, because Colorado rules don't currently allow paying online in advance.
Colorado allows retail cannabis businesses to be open only between 8 a.m. and midnight.
